Health and Nutrition Programmes for Children in Proper nutrition is vital for all students to be able to learn in school. Students are often hungry because they do not eat before they come to school and what they eat during the rest of the day is often not healthy and nutrious enough to support their physical and intellectual development. IDPN Indonesia holds workshops and school feeding programmes throughout Indonesia. These involve teachers, students and parents. The workshops are practical and based on local circumstances as well as food that is available in the local market at low cost.
